Usama Ghazi, DO
Usama H. Ghazi, D.O. is a graduate of Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UCLA/VAGLAHS (Los Angeles, California).Dr. Ghazi completed fellowship training in Pain Management and served as a clinical instructor at the Stanford Interventional Spine Center. He is board of certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and in Pain Medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is an adjunct assistant professor at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University in California.
The primary focus of Dr. Ghazi’s outpatient practice is the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. He performs interventional injections under flouroscopic guidance in the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine. Dr. Ghazi has Level II Full Accreditation from the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Dr. Meghan Notartomaso PT, DPT, TDN, FMS2
Dr. Meghan understands that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so she has been trained in a wide range of manual therapies and modalities including Therapeutic Dry Needling, Electro-needling, manipulation, Graston, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue and neuro gliding release, to aid in the recovery of sore or micro damaged muscles, ligaments and soft tissue. Dr. Meghan uses these techniques alongside sound clinical research to provide the best individualized treatment plans for her patients.
Dr. Meghan’s educational background includes a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in Trumbull, CT. A Certificate of Advanced Study in Clinical Investigation from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professionals in Boston, MA. A Certification in Therapeutic Dry Needling from the American Academy of Manipulation and Dry Needling. Functional Movement Screening trained (level I and II), course work in STOTT Pilates in MA, and a BA in Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Dr. Michael Schnider D.C., ACTAR
Dr. Michael is a 2009 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. The doctor’s goal is to provide comprehensive, conservative care to the city of Denver. Comprehensive conservative care is the treatment of injuries, ailments and disease by utilizing an integrated model. This evidence based model of care blends the talents of different specialists in achieving high quality, affordable patient care. Dr. Michael is a Chiropractic & Wellness Expert who focuses on restoring the body to health by creating balance in the spine and nervous system. His training has included soft tissue injuries, sports injuries, and functional movement biomechanics; all of which focus on identifying the condition and applying the proper treatment. On a personal note, the doctor is an avid runner and an aspiring triathlete with a goal of completing the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon within the next several years.
